Horrible, painful, inhuman service from PepCell Diepkloof Square by Thandiswa

I received a PAXI SMS on the 1st of Sept 2021 to go to PepCell Diepkloof square for my package. I went there and knocked because the door was locked , the lady who was behind the counter just looked at me and went to the back room.

I went again on the 2 September 2021, the lady named Thandiswa at Diepkloof Square pep cell turned me away and said there is no system and I should come tomorrow. The person who sent the parcel called the PEP call center and they tried calling PEPCell Diepkloof square but their phone was off the hook. We called the regional manager and only then they said I should go back to the shop.

They had the system and they turned me back just for fun. I got my parcel but after making calls and complaining. I have few question to the people who work there especially Thandiswa, * Does she know that people take taxis, uber to get to the mall? * Does she know that we take time off work to go to the mall?

That was a horrible painful service. They treat people like they don't have lives. That Thandiswa girl is pure evil, she turned me away and when I came back she processed my request like she did not turn me away. what a horrible service you guys give. it was inhuman.
