Horrible Experience

I am extremely disappointed because I feel like you guys are a **** really. I sent a Parcel on the 1st of December 2025 and I paid R110 at Pep Fourways mall. I checked the status and it said it was collected on the 2nd of December. I then relaxed as the things I sent are needed today my mom has a function. Why is there no parcel updates? If there is any delay why is the client not notified? I would have sent money to my mom to try get some of the things that side. Instead we are being inconvenienced as today is thee day but the parcel is still sitting with the courier. If I knew I would have drove to Mpumalanga myself which is just a day for in and out instead of waiting for your guys incompetence. I only received a message on Friday saying the parcel is scheduled???? Scheduled???? So why did I pay R110??? On the 5th day yall are telling me about scheduled? Why was I not told on Wednesday so I make other means????? This is beyond disgusting really. There is an option for 5-7 days if it wasn’t urgent I would have paid less and opted for that one. PAXI is just soooo unprofessional and waste of money really. You might as well close that company because you have no company values.
