The most horrible courier service in South Africa.

Tell me how I paid R140 for the 2-5 days courier option and it’s been 3 weeks now but my parcel haven’t reached the destination store. Each time I call to enquire their agents give me nothing but incompetency and the same useless excuse “we will check and get back to you”. The level of unprofessionalism and unreliability is out of this world, do yourselves a favour and never use PAXI service coz trust you me your valuable goods can be lost and nobody cares about it, they just get by with their day like it’s nothing
