Horrible

Absolutely DISGUSTED doesn’t even explain it! I logged a complaint in January about a lost parcel, and phoned AGAIN today after numerous calls to find out that my package was damaged and destroyed. My package contained PLASTIC BOTTLES which were BUBBLE WRAPPED! How does that get damaged?? And they don’t even let you know anything- YOU HAVE TO CALL THEM!! No emails, no calls, no sms’s NOTHING. Will never recommend Paxi to anyone. Horrible, horrible service!
