Horrible

My name is Mathabo Mo***eng. I dropped a parcel at Pep Store in Blue Valley Mall on 13/10/2019. I paid for the 3-5 day delivery option as the parcel was for the wedding taking place on the 18/10/2019. I kept tracking the parcel and realized that the parcel was only collected from Pep Centurion Blue Valley Mall on the 16/10/2019 which was still within the 5 days. On Friday the 18/10/2019 i called the call centre for find out what the delay was and only to be told that the delay is on RAM's side. I advise the lady on the line by the name of Zanele how urgent the delivery was as the wedding was the following day, she advised that she will send an email to RAM. Today it's Monday, and still i haven't heard anything from them. I am sooo disappointed, hurt and angry with the service i received, i paid the R110 for the parcel to be delivered and PAXI did not leave up to their promise, worse for the person who did not receive their parcel on time. I will never, ever use this service provide again.
