Horrible and unacceptable service.

I ordered an item which was sent to me through Pep Paxi. I erroneously wrote a review under Pep, as I assumed that Pep stores are responsible, but I now know that they only partner with Paxi. The staff at Pep stores Hunter's Retreat were extremely helpful and supportive. However, Paxi courier's service is extremely poor. I have been waiting for a package now for 14 working days whereas they advertise the service for 9 working days maximum. I had to initiate every communication with them, they never contacted me out of their own. I also get vague answers and promises and I am still waiting for my parcel. I would no recommend this service to anyone.
