Hi I'm so emotional when I write this.im expecting a parcel from paxi that was sent on the 5th of September estimated delivery date was on the 16th but till now I haven't got my parcel.i call them daily wasting airtime and I asked for them to give address for me to collect they refused I even requested to speak to manager he promised to call me which he didn't so I lost hope cos my parcel still shows it's still in jhb hub.no movement from the 15th
