Heavy disappointment with Paxi

I'm currently very disappointed in Paxi. I drop off a parcel by them last year Dec 2022 and according to their website the parcel would have arrived at the designated pick-up point around the 23/12/2022.

Today is the 01/02/2023 and according to their website the package still hasn't left the warehouse where it was originally drop off for shipping. It doesn't even help calling their customer care number because they keep you on hold for ages and when eventually someone answers they don't have a clue how to assist you in finding your package and they don't even call you back regarding progress on the whereabouts of your package.

The way I feel now I would rather use PostNet going forward because they are more reliable and trustworthy.
