Good courier service, Room for improvement

I've been using PAXI to receive parcels for over a year. I really prefer this service because they keep the parcel at PEP for up to 14 days, which means I can go and collect when it's convenient for me. I can also let my parcels consolidate and pick them up at once, which saves me transportation costs. I don't like to your door delivery because I have to sit around and wait for the parcel, which is quite annoying.

PAXI's customer service is abysmal though. They don't really help with anything, but I've noticed this is the case with many courier services in the country.

Lately, the 7-9 working days parcels are taking much longer to arrive. Not sure if it's because of floods or what, but I would really hope there would be an improvement in the communication between the courier service, PAXI and the sender or receiver.

Overall, this is a good service to use, but prepare yourself for delays. I've seen some reviews that have nothing to do with PAXI at all, but more to do with the PEP store they are visiting. Let us not confuse the two, and let's not only leave reviews only when we want to complain. If a service if good, let others know.
