FOLLOW UP ON QUERIES TAKES FOREVER

Somehow the stickers were mixed and my parcel just vanished.s. Follow up mails to courier company from them, but yet no response. Same story of 3-4 hours follow up. It's been a month, yet no escalations. This is definitely my worst experience! And sad part is, no one is accountable for the loss
