Fed up!!!!

I am fed up with this company wil NEVER EVER use paxi again. I would like to know what they do to damage parcells and yes I know they say don't place fragile things in the bags but how the hell to you bend and break a tin with chips in side??? Paxi is a peace of shti company to use
