Failed delivery

I had bad customer service *********** agent that don't follow a thread of chats that they had with a customer my parcel has been on the same place for the last 8days and it was supposed to be delivered 5days ago no one seem to take responsibility about what is going to happen they keep on saying the parcel is with the courier and an email has been sent like really what kind of service is that.
