Extremely Poor Service and No Delivery Update from PAXI

I am extremely disappointed with PAXI’s service. My parcel was supposed to be delivered on 27 November, and today I still have no update at all. The parcel is apparently stuck with the new courier company they’ve partnered with, and judging by the number of complaints already, this was a terrible choice on PAXI’s part.

PAXI told me they contacted the courier company, but even after that, no one has come back with any feedback. I’ve been left completely in the dark, with no communication, no timeline, and no accountability.

This experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. I expected far better from PAXI, and right now I cannot recommend their service to anyone.
