Extremely long wait, no customer care

Sadly a terrible experience with Paxi so far. Expected to wait 12 business days for parcels coming from locations no more than 30 minutes away, which is far longer than the Paxi website states. Contact number doesn't work, and their whatsapp help is an automated bot. Customer care on email has been poor - essentially offering no resolution or advice to expedite the delivery.
