EXTREMELY LATE DELIVERY!!!!

This Is my parcel number D*** I sent out my parcel on the 6th of September to be delivered on the 19 on the September on the sms Of which it's also doesn't make sense because the package says it should be delivered within 3-5 days

It's the 21st today and my client hasn't received the parcel,

I called in and Yolanda at Florida refused to give me her surname wasn't also helpful with this either ... Now I must work on a loss because of Pexi ****p delivery and false communications

I need my parcel to be delivered Today as Yolanda says or I'm going sue this Courier service for the expenses I've occurred with all this Delivery
