Extremely Disappointed with Paxi Courier Service

I am very frustrated with my recent experience with Paxi. My parcel has not been delivered on time, and despite numerous inquiries, I have received no clear information about its whereabouts. The tracking system indicates it’s still “in transit” at the warehouse, yet no one has reached out to update me.

This lack of communication is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect better service and transparency. It feels very ********* to leave customers in the dark about their shipments. I hope Paxi can improve its customer service and provide timely updates in the future.
