Express Courier (3-5days) items not received

I haven’t received my courier since it was couriered to me on the 16th of December 2026 , the item was even express courier meaning I was suppose to receive it on the 22nd of December but it was since with courier from The 29th to date . It is very upsetting to be waiting so damn long for something . Paxi is by far the most horrible company PEP could work With.
