Empty Promises

I have sent a parcel on the 1st of June from Pep Store zProtea Gardens in Soweto to Matatiele, I have selected 3-5 business days but to this day my parcel has not been delivered and the horrifying part is that the agents cannot locate it. I have called and stayed on the line for 25 minutes and I was requested to call again in five minutes because the manager was not responding to the emails nor answering his or her phone which I did and I still stayed for 15 minutes for absolutely nothing. You know I get so frustrated when I pay for a service and the service provider fails to honor their turnaround time. Why prescribe it if you are not going to meet your own set time period??? Stop promising us a service that you cannot provide, I mean when I pop out money for a service I expect the service to be delivered within the turnaround time as set by the service provider, you know your internal processes of moving goods from one place to another then why set the time within which the goods are expected to reach the destination??? You are fooling us. Not to mention the managers who think they are doing us a favor by tracking our parcel when we have paid for the service. I am super super disgusted, such a bad customer service. I am starting to believe this is a ****, how do you explain the fact that the agents were not able to trace my parcel, I regret trusting these people.
