Don't use this company

What a waste of time! Will never use this service again! A sender is sending something to me but I'm not able to collet it at the branch I said she must send it too. Never knew it will such a big problem to collect it at the branch it was dropped off by, my word after back and forth calls over 2 hours and being placed onhold for long periods of time, was I told that only the sender can cancel it and collect it after I explained to them she would not be able too due to her own personal reasons but no you need a pin that is only sent to you once the parcel is at the branch you said it must get sent too. I'm the person that purchased the goods and even paid the amount for it to be sent to me but no i can't collect it at the branch it was dropped off by, what a load of bull. Never will I use this service again nor will I suggest it too anyone
