Don't use Paxi they open your parcels re-seal and send off empty

Good day,

I delivered a parcel to Pep Mall of the South 17/11/2025 being delivered to (P6698) PEP BA-PHALABORWA CHECKERS, delivered yesterday 24/11/2025, they confirmed the parcel was sealed when they gave it to the customer.

When the client opened the flyer bag he advised that there was a problem as the bag felt light as if there were only papers inside.

However the package was sealed, now I'm asking how does a parcel open itself, seal itself and then get delivered to the customer with nothing inside?

I am now requesting a claim to be submitted as I now lost my funds and my item i had delivered to Pep Paxi ( Mall of the South)

Please advise what all you may require from me?
