Disgusting service received from Paxi.

I have dropped off a parcel on Monday and it has still not been picked up by a Courier.

I called yesterday and was advised that the Courier was going to be picked up yesterday.

I checked the tracking yesterday afternoon and I see it is still not fetched.

I called the call center and then the lady told me that it was scheduled to be picked up today.

Seriously is this the service you provide?
