Don't use Paxi

The clients order has not be delivered, it's still in Westgate shoppe mall were I left it. It has been over 14 days, when I call the contact center I'm told it will be picked up, the manager in pep store assured me it will be picked up today but to this day the parcel has not been pick up. You guys are pathetic. Don't use Paxi
