DON’T USE PAXI

DO NOT USE PAXI!!!! I REPEAT “DON’T”

I sent a parcel from Johannesburg to Cape Town on the 12th of June 2020. I chose the 3-5 day courier and I was assured that the parcel would be delivered on the 19th of June 2020 latest.

The last update from the company was today 30 of June but don’t be mistaken they have been writing the same thing over and over “parcel arrived at CAPE TOWN HUB few minutes later it’s scheduled to be delivered and back to arrived”. When i track online i get the same update. I have called them and they put me on hold for like 15 Minutes all to tell me they will get back to me.

I regret using this courier. IT’S TRASH
