Don't trust PAXI

Stop using PAXI it is not repayable and the make mistake they never want to rectify it. My friend send me a parcel from Limpopo to cape Town when i went to collect my package i can feel that this is what I'm supposed to receive inside it wss like it's 5L bottle and I'm not even supposed to receive that. Apparently they swap bag number and tracking number ane they said they will rectify it and my package went to the wrong store in Polokwane it's been 2 weeks now I'm always texting them on whatsap and they said they send email to the store and they just waiting for the courier to come n collect i mean it's been 2 weeks they are keep on telling me the same thing. I'm tried of contacting them everyday and telling me the different stories and telling me we ll fix it and they don't
