DO NOT USE PAXI ON ANY DAY

This is the most untrusted courier service that robs people on a daylight. I drooped off my parcel on 16/09/2020 Tuesday and bought the R99 bag of 3-5 working days. Today is Friday and the parcel is not yet picked up from the shop. When i called the store i was told that the parcel is still there. I tried calling Paxi and sending them messages, there is no response on calls and messages. The worst part is that the money is not refundable. STAY AWAY FROM THESE ******. I am angry and frustrated.
