DO NOT USE PAXI

DO NOT USE PAXI!

I sent a parcel from Cape Town To Umtata on the 19th of June 2020. I chose the 3-5 day courier and I was assured that the parcel would be delivered on the 26 latest.

The last update from the company was on the 22nd of June, to advise that the parcel arrived at SKYNET CAPE TOWN HUB. When i track online i get the same update. I have called and emailed Paxi to no avail. The customer service is S H O K I N G. Even more shocking are the reviews about Paxi on their Facebook page. Customers are upset, only a few have been satisfied with their service and quite a lot have had their parcels lost in the process. It's an absolute mess, whatever you do, stay away from this *******.
