DO NOT USE PAXI!!!

I paid for 3-5days delivery parcel and it still has not arrived. The parcel was supposed to be delivered on the 6th of April. I have been doing a follow up since last week and I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY PARCEL!!! This is so frustrating because I have to be the one calling them,they do not even have the decency to at least send an SMS to keep me updated or let me know about eh delays! What is the use of PAYING for fast delivery?
