DISSATISSFIED

I have recently sent a parcel via PAXI and I was asked by the company it is going to to re-direct it. PAXI REFUSES POINT BLANK!!! because it is already at a PAXI point, surely it is not that highe grade to send it on. It has been paid for in the first place, as I paid for it to be sent. PAXI this is very poor service on your side.
