Dissapointed with your services

I'm truly dissapointed with Paxi and Pep store services I sent a parcel last week Wednesday 9 August 2023 to my surprise courier has not even picked it up from the PEP store I sent from, if you are failing why not just close this courier thing. It's not the first time you guys are disappointing me, in December my clothes and shoes were ****** no one took accountability now this clearly even this other package has been ****** too
