DISSAPOINTED AT PAXI'S UNPRIFESSIONALISM

Parcel delivered late and what was unprofessional was the agent trying to pin the delay on PEP saying they are the ones who withheld the parcel and not handed it over to the courier when they came to collect parcels, which is a lie because Paxi has a list of parcels they are collecting therefore the Pep staff cannot just hand over parcels to them because it has be siting there for days.
