Disgusting *******

An update on my parcel:

It was opened and it was no longer how I packed it and someone opened 1 of the new sealed 750ml shampoo and spill it in the bad because it was not broken and the my bag was wrapped all over the top part with RAM cellotape. Clearly this is how people's stuff get "lost in transit" *******. Parcel was suppposed to be delivered latest on the 11th but the other parcel was delivered on the 5th while this one was last scanned on the 4th. If I did not ask your consultants to put me on hold and keep calling them I would've been crying now. That was baby stuff worth more than R1000. Why were they even keeping it in Bloemfontein?? Why did I have to call 20 times for it to be updated and scheduled for delivery? This was meant to be 3-5 days. I am truly DISGUSTED and half your staff don't even know what they doing.
