Disgusting service provider, poor service delivery with call center agents that don't care

Disappointed is an understatement for me, paxi is ran by a group of syndicates who ***** people's parcel and blaming it on the courier company. I send two parcels on 17Nov going to the same location, only one arrived and the other one didn't, how? As they were going to the same destination? The ****en ******* knew the other parcels was a pair of sneakers and stole them. Am so angry, I called on the 30Nov, spoke to Itumeleng I was told to await 24hours as they were escalating the matter to the courier. No feedback back until today. I called again today 1Dec and spoke to Sthembiso, they're still escalating the matter. How do you guys sleep at night knowing what you doing to the masses, this is uncalled for and disgusting. People please stop using this service, people there they don't care. I just need to make peace that I lost my 2k down the drain due to paxi.
