DISGUSTING SERVICE - PARCEL ******

I am most disgusted with this service! A parcel was sent to me on the 26th of August and has to date not been delivered! I have called in countless times and wasted 1000s of minutes on hold. Agents are unsympathetic, managers refuse to take accountability and take the call and Never call back despite numerous empty promises to do so. Surely more than 30days is ample time for someone to resolve the matter. At this point I am convinced the package has been ****** and they don't know what to say. I have never received service this atrocious!
