Disgusting service. Half my parcel items missing

Disgusting service. I sent my parcel from Durban to Cape Town. Only to receive a different bag in Cape Town with my original bag inside that was open and several items missing. I contacted the company on 3 different occasions to be told that someone will call me back nobody has called me back. They refused to let me speak to a manager or get in contact with anyone else.
