Disgusting service from PAXI

I had a parcel that was sent from Johannesburg to Whittlesea where I stay , I received an sms that it arrived and I went to pick it up after a few days because I was out of town and they searched for it it wasn't found , it's been 2 weeks now and communication from PEP stores or Paxi and this was a Christmas present for my daughter , disgusting service.
