DISGUSTING SERVICE

Actually sub-zero ! A parcel was sent to me on 11 May 2023 and supposedly arrived at the Cape Town depot on 23 May 2023. Never received an sms with a code. Have emailed and called iro this non-delivery but have received no reply.
