Disgusted with Paxi Delivery Service and Client Service

I sent a package from the Langebaan/Laguna Mall to Kimberley, sent it on the 9th of June, to the quickest package deal, and the package have not bee delivered yet. I have sent a complaint to them and they have not rep**** yet, seems like they just don't give a damn. Will NEVER use them again.

We sent a package using Courier Guy, sent it on Thursday, and was delivered on Saturday, they even went out of their way to drop it off at my aunt's house because she wasn't at her office.
