Disappointing service from PAXI

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the handling of my recent order/shipment with your company.

To date, my parcel has not been delivered, and despite my attempts to follow up since escalated I was given case number and each day I call it’s different stories. This lack of response and resolution is highly disappointing and unacceptable the parcel estimated delivery day was the 09 May 2025 today is the 26 May 2025 dololo parcel. On the system it shows the parcel was handed to the driver and on its way to the store P6287
