Disappointing service from PAXI

I would like to formally lodge a complaint since I have been waiting for an order sent in the beginning of April to this day there’s no update nothing I’ve been reaching out to their customer support on WhatsApp it’s always the same thing can’t reach the store I’ll investigate and to this day there’s no package no update really poor service.
