Disappointing service

My sister sent my things through PAXI on the 9th February 2022 and a couple of days after not receiving the parcel I decided to contact them only to be informed that the car was highjacked and goods lost and only R500 will be paid for whatever goods you had on the plastic. The sender was never told that the parcel must have an insurance voucher so I lost. Now right now I don't thing even that R500 will be paid because its always stories every time. Please good people be careful
