Disappointed Customer

I have a parcel that i was supposed to receive it on the 13th, Received an Sms on the 5th Feb that my parcel was taken by Courier Guy and when I tracked my parcel the Status was “Parcel with Courier” status haven’t changed parcel not moving at all and i tried to reach out to paxi via WhatsApp on 14 and i was told to receive feedback back the following day regarding my parcel but still no feedback was communicated with me. When i track my parcel the status is still the same no changes, im soo disappointed
