Disappointed /Angry

Parcels dropped at Pep store in potchefstroom Walter sisulu Ave on the 31st of December but even now I'm still waiting for my parcel... It went to klerksdorp, then Durban and after Durban it went to nelspruit without any explanation cz the parcel was supposed to be delivered to Steelpoort in Limpopo province and there is important documents that's I was waiting for and it's very important and now my life is stuck.

I'm so disappointed to the core
