Devastation - where do I get R2080 to pay back the people?

Destroyed my parcel that costs R2080 that contained people's staff and now they cannot do anything about it. They entered my cellphone number incorrectly and instead of tracing the receiver, they destroyed the parcel. I have been calling trying to get it back but their call center agents kept on throwing me from pillar to post. How do you destroy a parcel without trying to get the sender?
