******** destruction of property

I was sent a parcel via Paxi.

I was unable to collect it from the store, it was sent back to the store it was sent from.

Upon trying to collect it the code was not working and it was unable to be collected.

After calling PAXI I was informed that the package was sent to the non collections warehouse and will be getting destroyed.

This is not PAXI’s property to destroy.

This was an error on PAXI side with the code not working and now they are destroying my property.
