Delivery to wrong PEP Store

01 October 2025 I purchased face products from Pan African Mall shop number G15. I provided the correct details. My destination Pep number is P0136 but was incorrectly written on the package P0736 which is UMZIMKULU MALL. This parcel number ( D***) has been travelling in between provinces until now. I have been in constant contact with the sender(ERMIAS ABABE MAKONEN - PTAETH***) CONTACT NUMBER *** without any help and I send emails to Paxi as well. I hereby request that my parcel be delivered to the pep number P0136 as indicated before , which is PEP KIM 18 PHAKAMILE MABIJA.
