Delivery not done

My parcel was supposed to be delivered on the 13April 2023, today is the 20th April and NO communication. Instead I check with the stupid whatsapp number and it still says that it will be delivered on the 13th. Yesterday I spoke to Thembisile whom said the parcel is with courier and she is still waiting for response from them. PAXI is a useless and I WILL never ever use it again. I VERY DISAPPOINTED, I have been using this courier for some time. PEOPLE BE CAREFULL OF THIS PAXI COURIER, THIS IS A **** OF A COMPANY.
