Delivery delay

I’ve been waiting for my parcel D*** to be delivered, estimated date was the 30th of this month which has passed. Worst thing is that my customer had been waiting for the parcel nd needs it agently. Now we are being sweared at and posted on social media with the image that we are ****s. What makes me sad is that the whole 6 days from the 24 to the 30th the parcel was mot moving(stuck in one place). The whatsapp agents can’t even give answers.
