I am not a person who likes to complain but this is beyond my limitations now,I've an order that never reached the destination I called paxi numerous times they told they will get back to since today and your whatsapp is not user friendly you keep on closing the case I need assistance ,I was told I'm going to claim once they confirmed it was lost but nothing I'm using my airtime my data to be in contact with you but I don't get help order number:D*** my cellphone number
