Delivered my parcel to the wrong store

I bought a plastic for R140 because I wanted my parcel to arrive in time aa inside is my kids clothes for Christmas, PAXI and RAM delivered my parcel to the wrong store ,as I understand we make mistakes Paxi and Ram still didn't priorities my parcel to be dropped at the right destination...now is 12 days the parcel still at the wrong store ... I've been sending emails and calling Paxi but nothing has been happening...the status still saying courier to pick up ...Paxi and Ram did me bad . .so bad ..my D number is D*** please help
