Delays - Paxi is not even sure where the parcel is.

Dropped of a package on the 4th. The parcel was supposed to be delivered yesterday. But they are all clueless and don't know where the parcels are. They will only be able to get feedback from the courier within 24-48hr. Imagine that, we can't even phone the couriers ourselves and have to wait for email replies.
